On Monday............
Yesterday we worked on the vocab from Lesson 26 in Module 3 from the textbook. We then continued with MicroType.
Today -- Tuesday the 25th -- we will get in groups and break up parts of Lesson 26 in which each individual group will "teach" their assigned section to the class. Students will be graded based mainly on content and delivery. So be loud, clear, and informative!

Snow Day Today!!!
Another snow day, another long weekend. Life isn't bad. Problem is, it won't be fun when we're going to school in June! Oh well! Enjoy it now!
We will move into working on Module 3 of the book next week. We will have to cover a lot of material in the book from now until March 31st. That day is the one which guys will take IC3 certification tests. So we got to buckle down! Enjoy this weekend and come prepared to work next week! Adios people!

Wednesday and Thursday Update
On Wednesday we typed vocab words from Lesson 28 in the textbook. Everyone placed these in their folders as required.
On Thursday we had a short period because of the early dismissal because of snow. We only worked on MicroType and posting our opening bells to our blogs. Our class was to be observed today by Mr. Allen, but that will be pushed back to next week.
Enjoy the break and the snow!!!!!

Wednesday Update
After we came back from the MLK holiday on Tuesday the 18th, students worked on their blogs and made sure that they were following Mr. Hamilton so that he has access to their pages for assignments, opening bells, etc.. If you have not done so yet, you need to get on it right away.
On Wednesday the 19th students will begin work learning the terms from Lesson 28 in Module 3 of the book. I know we have skipped a lot of lessons in the textbook, but I just wanted to mix things up! After the vocab words are complete, students will continue with MicroType.

On Friday we worked on Microsoft Excel and the "Judy's Allowance" assignment. The only students who did not turn this in due to absence were Gerald Rone and Heather Jackson.
Also on Friday, we created our own personal blog pages on blogger.com. Students will now be writing their opening bells and some of their other assignments in their blogs. Students need to make sure they are "following" my blog with their account so that I can have access to assignments and opening bells. You can "follow" my blog by signing in and then typing in my blog address in the address bar. When you have reached my blog, you simply click on the "follow" button. EVERYONE NEEDS TO DO THIS!!!
Have a great long weekend! Take some time this weekend to reflect on what Martin Luther King Jr. stood for and why he was so important. Adios!!!
